Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.

Failure to attend the appointment may result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals after 15 minutes may not be able to get their service. Resulting in a charge of 100% of service.
